Mezz., 35,5, x 24,7 cm.  
Friedrich Kaltschmied (1643-1717), lekarz wrocławski i cesarski.  
Popiersie mężczyzny w lewo, twarz niemal en face, w owalnej ramie ustawionej na cokole. Ubrany w perukę i drapowany płaszcz. Po obu stronach ramy na cokole małe owalne tarcze, po l. emblemat Akademii Kuriozów Natury (Academia Naturae Curiosurum) z mottem „nunquam otiosus”, po pr. herb (na srebrnej tarczy dwa pasy w skos w motywem trzech róż, ten sam motyw w klejnocie). Pomiędzy tarczami tkanina z napisem: FRIDERCUS KALTSCHMID Wratislaviensis, / Medic: Doctor et Practicus, / Sacrae Caesarae Regiaeque MAJESTATIS / Personae et Aulae Medicus, ut et / S. R. Imperii Academiae Naturae Curiosorum Membrum, dict. Protarchus. / Ao. 1713. Aetat 71. Na czole ujętego po bokach liśćmi akantu cokołu napis 4-wierszowy: Innumeris jactant ... ad digitos numerant. Poniżej po l: Regiomonti / d. 7. Febr. ao 1707; po pr.: Phil. Jac. F. Hartmann, / D. Prof. Publ. Całość przedstawienia wpisana w prostokąt.
